Team Certification Standards

All of Versatile Fabrication’s journeymen employees spend four years in an apprenticeship program consisting of extensive hands on experience, along with a challenging classroom environment, both of which are designed to filter out anyone who cannot make the grade.  A key benefit to this system is employees become cross trained for multiple roles.  When an employee is unavailable for what ever reason, another can step in to keep the project moving.  This level of experience and training ensures the highest quality products, produced in the most efficient time.
