Complex Prototype

This automotive bumper is another example of our vast array of capabilities wrapped up in a single part.  This prototype was completed from start to finish in only four and a half weeks including the tool design and build time.  The complex geometry was made in house using a variety of brake press forming, stamping and welding, including spot, mig, projection and panel.  It was then quality checked on our CMM.
