Deep Draw Stamping

These parts are an example of a complex deep draw stamping.  With these parts significant work went into the development of a flat blank and pre-bending steps required to acquire the completed shape.  Our customer needed a quick turnaround on these parts, so custom tooling was designed and machined rapidly.  The customer also did not have enough press tonnage themselves to create these parts, whereas this was not a difficult load for our large presses here at Versatile Fabrication.
